- 1/2 cup rehydrated and chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 bag of Ziba's Crema y Especias chips for serving
Preparation + -
- Step 1. Place the rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, crema, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor or blender and process until you get a creamy and well-integrated dip.
- Step 2. Adjust salt to taste and refrigerate for a few minutes to let the flavors settle.
- Step 3. Serve the dip cold with Ziba's Crema y Especias chips for diping.
