Ingredients

4 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 onion cut in Julianas
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of whole milk
2 Classical ziba zib poppy bags of 100g

Preparation

  • Step 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan and fry the onion over medium-low heat until it is transparent, approximately 8 minutes. Remove it from the pan and reserve it.
  • Step 2. In a separate container, beat the eggs with a hand whipper. Bank the papaline in small pieces and add them to the eggs.
  • Step 3. Add the onion, milk and revolt them, making sure they integrate well.
  • Step 4. Heat the rest of the oil over medium-high heat in the same pan where you freis the onion. Pour the mixture and lower the temperature over medium heat, cover it and let it take on that side. Turn it with the help of a cover or plate.
  • Step 5. Cook approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
