Onion rings with classic zibas

Ingredients
1 bottle of oil
2 Large purple onions
2 Flour cups
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 Teaspoon of pepper
1 Teaspoon of salt

Preparation
- Step 1. We cut the onions into thick rings of ½ inch.
- Step 2. We crush the Ziba`s potatoes in the blender to remain with a texture to Panko or ground bread we reserve in a bowl.
- Step 3. We mix milk, flour, egg and salt in a bowl until it is left without lumps.
- Step 4. Remove them and remove excess oil and enjoy.
- Step 5. We introduce the onion rings to the flour mixture, then to the crushed zibas papitas and the hot oil we hope to cook until browning and we serve with our favorite dressing.
