Ingredients +
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • Pepper
  • 2 cubes tomatoes
  • 1 onion in cubes
  • 1 Chile Cubes pepper
  • Ketchup
  • Oregano
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olives
  • 1 Rayada Carrot
  • 1 classic zibas
  • Oil
  • whater
  • 1 lb of flour all use
  • salt
Preparation +
  • Step 1. Place the flour, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil and mix.
  • Step 2. Add the water little by little until you get a homogeneous mixture and let stand at least 20 minutes.
  • Step 3. Place the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic and fry in a pan, then add the meat.
  • Step 4. Add the carrot and olives, season with oregano, salt and pepper. Let cool and place the zibas.
  • Step 5. Stretch the previously prepared dough in a circle, place the filling and close in half to form the empanada.
  • Step 6. Place the oil in a pot and immerse the empanadas until they have a golden appearance.
  • Step 7. Serve and accompany with tomato sauce and chopped parsley.
