Empanadas Dominicanas with Zibas

- 1 lb ground meat
- Pepper
- 2 cubes tomatoes
- 1 onion in cubes
- 1 Chile Cubes pepper
- Ketchup
- Oregano
- 1 garlic clove
- Olives
- 1 Rayada Carrot
- 1 classic zibas
- Oil
- whater
- 1 lb of flour all use
- salt
Preparation + -
- Step 1. Place the flour, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil and mix.
- Step 2. Add the water little by little until you get a homogeneous mixture and let stand at least 20 minutes.
- Step 3. Place the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic and fry in a pan, then add the meat.
- Step 4. Add the carrot and olives, season with oregano, salt and pepper. Let cool and place the zibas.
- Step 5. Stretch the previously prepared dough in a circle, place the filling and close in half to form the empanada.
- Step 6. Place the oil in a pot and immerse the empanadas until they have a golden appearance.
- Step 7. Serve and accompany with tomato sauce and chopped parsley.
